Hi, I'm Cynthia

For more than 8 years I've worked as both a graphic designer and a permanent makeup artist — a combination that's given me a sharp eye for detail, balance, and beauty. In 2017 I opened Brow Expressions in Long Beach, CA, where I became known for creating brows that are soft, natural, and timeless. I'm proud to be 7× certified in my craft, always learning and refining to give my clients the very best.

Outside the studio, I'm a wife to my bartending husband, and mom to two wonderful kids. After years in Long Beach, our family felt drawn to Prescott for its nature, wholesome values, and sense of community.

Here in Prescott, it's just me behind the chair — bringing the same artistry and care my Long Beach clients have trusted for years, now with the one-on-one attention and neighborly touch that makes Prescott so special. My goal is simple: to help you wake up feeling confident, polished, and completely yourself.

My philosophy: natural first, then refined

I'm not interested in overdone, blocky, "stamped-on" brows. The PMU work I'm known for is the kind your friends compliment without ever guessing you had it done — soft hair strokes that follow your face shape, color matched to your natural hair and undertones, and shapes built from careful mapping instead of templates. Every appointment starts with a real conversation about your goals, your skin type, your routine, and the brows you've always wanted but never quite got from a pencil.

Training & certifications

I'm continually trained in nano brows, microblading, powder/ombré brows, combo brows, lip blush, and non-laser saline PMU removal — seven certifications total — and stay current with bloodborne pathogens and sanitation compliance. I work with premium pigments, single-use sterile cartridges, and the same digital and manual tools used by the top PMU studios in the country. When a new technique earns its place, I train on it before I offer it.

Rooted in the Prescott community

Brow Expressions is a private, by-appointment studio at 637 W Hillside Ave Suite C1 in Prescott — and a meaningful share of the calendar is filled by referrals from previous clients in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Sedona, Flagstaff, and the rest of Yavapai County. That word-of-mouth trust is something I take seriously, and it's why every appointment is unhurried, private, and one-on-one.
